Exhibit Evangelism (https://exhibitevangelism.com) is a Church of Christ outreach ministry at the Illinois State Fair. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and how we protect it. We do not sell personal information.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Name, email, phone, and address from Bible study or contact forms
- Congregation update details submitted by church contacts
- Photos taken at the fair photo booth (with a share link you choose to open)
- Basic analytics (pages viewed, device type) via Vercel Analytics
How we use your information
- Connect Bible study requests with local congregations
- Respond to contact messages and ministry questions
- Keep the participating-congregations directory accurate
- Operate the fair photo booth share/download experience
- Improve the website with aggregated traffic insights
Data storage
Form and booth session data are stored in hosted databases and object storage used by this site. Access is limited to authorized Exhibit Evangelism organizers and technical operators. Photo booth images may expire automatically after a set retention period.
Third parties
We use infrastructure providers (for example hosting, email delivery, and analytics) to run the site. Those providers process data only as needed to provide their services.
